Cabanas JAMU, coming from the word Armadillo in Siona, is a beautiful privately owned place with an amazing ecosystem, where our guests can carry out different types of activities. We are located along the Rio Cuyabeno, 15 minutes down river from the amazing Laguna Grande. Cabanas JAMU consist of 9 cabañas, built in a traditional, rustic style with thatched-roofs. Every cabana has two rooms, each with a private, environmental-friendly bathroom, with a possibility to accommodate around 32 people in the entire camp.

Kapawi is the largest community-based project ever developed in Ecuador.
...It was developed and built in co-ownership with the private enterprise, Canodros S.A.. Kapawi was created to provide a high standard service in one of the remotest and most pristine areas of the south east of Ecuador, away from oil exploitation and other destructive practices.

Luxury Amazon basin lodge. This lodge is settled on Varzea forest but provides access to palm-swamps and terra firme. The lodge has 1,000 ha of private property where you can enjoy an above-canopy observation tower, a butterfly green-house, and a sturdy canopy walk. Salvin's and Nocturnal Curassows, Spix's Guan, Blue and Yellow Macaw, Rufous-headed Woodpecker, Pheasant Cuckoo and many other birds which bring their birdlist to impressive 550 species.

TAPIR LODGE The Tapir Jungle Lodge is located in the Cuyabeno National Park and Wildlife Reserve, ...an elaborate system of remote lagoons, rivers and flooded forest found in north-eastern Ecuador. The reserve encompasses over 655,000 hectares of primary rainforest and boasts an incredible variety of neotropical wildlife including river dolphins, tapirs, capybaras, caimans, anacondas, ocelots, monkeys and the famous piranha. The bird life is particularly spectacular: over 580 species have been recorded such as the prehistoric-looking hoatzin, umbrella bird, blue-headed parrot, white-eared jacamar, scarlet macaw and the awesome harpy-eagle with its eight-foot wingspan. Additionally, over 12,000 species of plants have been identified.
The Lodge is strategically located in an area of forest that counts on the highest diversity of micro-habitats in the Napo area. This means that there are more species of animals, birds, reptiles and insects than else where in Napo. The YARINA BIOLOGICAL RESERVE, is locate on the Napo river only 60 minutes by covered motorized canoes from Puerto Francisco de Orellana (EL COCA).
