TOUR CANCELLATIONS: More than 120 days prior to the departure date the 35% deposit is refundable although we may retain an administrative fee of $200 US per person. 120 - 60 days prior to departure the 35% deposit is forfeited. Less than 60 days prior to departure the full price are charged as a cancellation fee. In case of cancellation, or no show up at the Airport, deposits and payments may be refundable only if the tour is resold and only after the departure date. No refunds are available for unused portions of any tour due to force majeure. >> By cancellation shortly before a cruise, Tour or Internal Flight the total tour rate is forfeited.
CANCELLATION OF TAME & AEROGAL FLIGHT RESERVATION:
>> If the flight tickets are emitted of Galapagos options the cancellation is admitted until 3 days before departure day and total amount paid will be refunded in full.
>> Cancellation at the last minute at the airport, a fee of 25 USD per person will be charged.
